Note: Leaders may wish to add additional amount to cover their parking costs but there is some free parking a short distance away.
Brownies will take part in windsurfing, kayaking and paddleboarding.
Wetsuits, safety equipment and sporting equipment all provided.
Participants must be confident in open water and able to stay afloat, please note girls will be in the water most of the day. Please inform us prior to the event if you are bringing any weak swimmers.
If you have a young member with different needs please get in touch.
Each unit will be responsible for arranging their own home contact and need to bring a small first aid kit with them. Normal ratios apply.
Brownies will need their own lunch, swimwear, suncream etc.
Booking Terms
Payment is due in 7 days of booking. You are responsible for the paying for the number of places that you book at the time of your booking. There will be no refunds. Places to be booked by units only. Parents/carers are not to book .
The Watersports Academy is registered with relevant authorities and the instructor qualifications checked. Risk assessments completed by The Watersports Academy for time in their care. Risk assessments for lunch and departure and arrival completed by Girlguiding Dorset.
