Cost: £15 per young member. £1.50 leaders to cover badges and hot drinks
Places: 175 young members

Join us at Thomas Hardye School for a day based on the elements of air, earth, wind and fire and a celebration of Earth Day 2026.
The day will be filled with a range of activities including crafts, science and a chance to run around too. Each young member will also be taking part in a drumming workshop (the beating heart of the Earth).
There will be six activity areas and you will rotate with your unit round each activity with a break for lunch. Each activity area will have a room leader but you will need to support your girls with the activities.
We will have a quiet area for anyone that needs a little bit of space.
– Uniform to be worn- please ensure girls bring coats if the weather is cold or wet there will be an outside activity unless the weather does not permit.
– Packed lunch required- please ask for no nuts in lunches
– Leaders to bring small first aid kit for unit
– There will be a central risk assessment but please do make one for your unit to cover any specifics linked to your units and for lunchtime
– Leaders are responsible for lunchtime supervision
– Leaders to produce consent forms and ensure home contact is in place
– Please ensure that you have the correct ratios for the day.

Payment is due in 7 days of booking, please contact the office if this is difficult.
You are responsible for paying for the number of places that you book at the time of your booking.
There will be no refunds.
