Guides- pollution workshop
Join us at the Andrew Simpson Sailing Academy in Portland for a half day workshop on air and water pollution.

Guides will head out on the water to discover different air and water pollutants and where they might come from. After collecting water samples from different locations we test for different pollutants and discuss our results. The Guides will then able to search for pollution indicators and discover how we can determine local air and water quality without doing tests.
This is an excellent compliment to many areas of the Girlguiding programme.
